Bangkok official price guide
The transport fares and admission prices travelers most often second-guess in Bangkok, taken only from Thai government notices and operators' own published tariffs.
When someone quotes a price in Bangkok, just type it into the app.
It shows at once whether the quote is above the official price, with a home-currency conversion, and keeps recent prices for weak connections.
Taxis and motorbike taxis have legal fares
Bangkok taxi meter fares are set by a Ministry of Transport notification. The flag fall depends on vehicle size, and later kilometres are charged by cumulative-distance tier.
A taxi taken from the designated airport rank adds only the fixed airport surcharge to the meter, and a phone or app booking adds only the fixed booking charge. Expressway tolls are paid separately by the passenger.
Vested motorbike taxis (win) have distance-based legal caps. The amount in the table is the cap for rides of 2 km or less; longer rides have separate per-kilometre caps.
Temple and museum admission
The Grand Palace, Wat Pho, and Wat Arun publish their foreign-visitor prices on official pages. Thai and child tickets are separate products and are not blended here.
